• Squishies are designed to be squeezed and played with, so natural wear and tear may occur over time.
• We happily offer a refund if your item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused after use, including tears, punctures or normal wear and tear.
• Due to the handmade nature of our squishies, slight variations in colour, shape and texture may occur, making every squishy unique.

Care Instructions

• Avoid contact with sharp objects.
• Do not overstretch or pull aggressively.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• If needed, gently wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.

• Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
• This product is intended for sensory play only and is not edible.
• Keep away from young children and pets.
• Do not microwave, heat, boil, freeze or expose to open flames.
• Do not intentionally puncture, cut or tear the product, as the filling may leak.
• During colder weather, some squishies may temporarily become firm. If this occurs, leave the product at room temperature until soft. Do not use heat to speed up this process.
• Choking hazard. Keep away from children under 3 years of age due to small parts.
