At Squishy Society, your safety is important to us. Please read the following information before using our products.
Our squishies are designed for sensory play and stress relief. They are handmade and should always be used responsibly.
Intended Use
Our products are designed for squeezing, stretching and sensory play.
They are not intended for consumption and should not be used for any purpose other than their intended use.
Age Recommendation
- Recommended for ages 8 years and over.
- Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
- Keep away from children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking if the product becomes damaged.
Important Safety Information
For your safety, please do not:
- Eat or place the product in your mouth.
- Microwave, heat or boil the product.
- Freeze the product.
- Expose the product to open flames or excessive heat.
- Intentionally puncture, cut or tear the product.
- Use a damaged or leaking product.
If a product becomes damaged or begins leaking, discontinue use immediately.
Cold Weather Notice
Some squishies may temporarily become firm during cold weather or transit.
If this occurs:
- Leave the product at room temperature or in a warm room for several hours.
- Do not microwave, boil or use direct heat to soften the product.
This is a normal characteristic of certain products and is not considered a fault.
Product Care
To help maximise the lifespan of your squishy:
- Avoid sharp objects.
- Do not overstretch or pull aggressively.
- Store away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Keep products clean by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
- For naturally sticky products, wash your hands before use to reduce dust and lint buildup.
Handmade Products
All Squishy Society products are handmade.
Because of this, slight variations in:
- Colour
- Shape
- Texture
- Filling
- Firmness
- Appearance
are completely normal and make every squishy unique.
Natural Wear & Tear
Our squishies are soft sensory products that are designed to be squeezed repeatedly.
With regular use, natural wear and tear may occur over time.
Following the care instructions above will help maximise the lifespan of your product.
