Thank you for shopping with Squishy Society! We take great care in packing every order and aim to dispatch all parcels as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible.
During restocks, product launches, sales or other busy periods, processing times may be longer due to increased order volumes.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options within Australia.
Economy Shipping
$11.99 AUD
Estimated delivery:
15–20 business days after dispatch
Standard Shipping
$14.99 AUD
Estimated delivery:
3–7 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping
$17.99 AUD
Estimated delivery:
1–3 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
Shipping Priority
Orders are generally packed and dispatched in the following order:
- Express Shipping
- Standard Shipping
- Economy Shipping
During large restocks or promotional periods, Economy orders may take longer to be dispatched.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
International shipping is not currently available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are intended as a guide only.
Delays may occur due to:
- High parcel volumes
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Transport disruptions
- Courier delays
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at squishysociety@outlook.com.
We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet been packed or dispatched.
Squishy Society is not responsible for parcels sent to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll happily assist you in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier and work with you to help locate your parcel.
Parcels Marked as Delivered
If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property.
- Asking household members or neighbours.
- Contacting the shipping carrier.
If you're still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we'll assist where possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the parcel.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product(s).
We'll assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Split Shipments
During large restocks or busy periods, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
If this occurs, you'll receive separate tracking information where applicable.
