• We happily offer a refund if your item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused after use, including tears, punctures or normal wear and tear.
• Due to the handmade nature of our squishies, slight variations in colour, shape and texture may occur, making every squishy unique.

Care Instructions

• Avoid contact with sharp objects.
• Do not overstretch or pull aggressively.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• If needed, gently wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
