• This squishy features a soft, mouldable texture designed for a unique sensory experience.
• Squishies are designed to be squeezed and played with, so natural wear and tear may occur over time.
• We happily offer a refund if your item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused after use, including tears, punctures or normal wear and tear.
• Due to the handmade nature of our squishies, slight variations in colour, shape and texture may occur, making every squishy unique.

💗 Please Note

• Due to the unique texture inside our Water Bottle Squishy, it may become firm if exposed to cold temperatures during shipping or storage. If this occurs, simply leave it at room temperature or in a warm area for a few hours and it will gradually return to its normal soft texture. Do not microwave, boil or use any direct heat source to speed up this process.

Care Instructions

• Avoid contact with sharp objects.
• Do not overstretch or pull aggressively.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• If needed, gently wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
