Squishies are designed to be squeezed, stretched and played with. Like all stress toys, they may break, tear or pop over time through normal use.

While every squishy is carefully checked before being packed and shipped, due to the nature of the product we cannot guarantee they will last forever.

If your squishy arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
